\[ lm = cd \times (2 \pi (1 - \cos(\theta / 2))) \]

The beam angle is the angle at which the light is emitted from the source.

How to calculate Lumens from Candela

Let's assume the following values:

Using the formula:

\[ lm = 100 \times (2 \pi (1 - \cos(30 / 2))) \]

Evaluating:

\[ lm = 100 \times (2 \pi (1 - \cos(15))) \]
