The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is the U.S. Army's physical fitness test implemented in 2022. It consists of six events that measure strength, endurance, and agility, with gender-neutral standards adjusted for age groups.

2. How Does the Calculator Work?

The calculator sums the points from all six events:

  • Deadlift — 3-repetition maximum trap bar deadlift (lbs)

  • SDC — Sprint-Drag-Carry (time in seconds)
  • Plank — Plank hold (time in seconds)
  • 2MR — 2-Mile Run (time in minutes:seconds)

Scoring: Each event is scored from 0-100 points based on performance standards that vary by gender and age group.
